Ideal thinking

So the immigration thing made me think about people in class today. Don't get me wrong but i love the idea of it not illegal immigration. If we lived in an ideal world it would all work. I believe that refugees which is not illegal immigration because they  contact our government for help. Illegal immigrants take away from people who went through the legal process and also citizens. They're cutting in line in front of people causing the ones who try to come here legally wait even longer. I don't like the arguments of sympathy where people try to make me feel sorry for them. There are people in this country that need help before the illegal immigrants do. There are homeless in America and people who are not well off. It's a selfish act for people to sneak in. I guess it all comes down to how you think of it. But as far as i go it's one of the most selfish things you can do.
